My 2009 Yamaha YZF R6
My new ‘Racing Red’ 2009 R6, very similar to its immediate predecessor. Im still running it in hence being fairly gentle on the throttle 
US got its orange-black color scheme while NZ, Australia, Europe got this Red-White combo and Im glad I live in NZ, love the red.

just assume its his opinion. a persons opinion on a better bike does not have to be jst power and speed it could be the looks and imo i also prefer the r6 over the r1.
Well i got thumbs down so I should explain, the way he said it, i assumed he’s going by looks alone, wich I.M.O. the R6 is better looking than the R1 and one of the best looking bikes on the road, so it was just a quick coment, i do know my stuff, despite my dumb ass reply lol. good coment anyway.

How long is the “running” for the R6? is it limited to some revs? how much kilometers or miles per hour can you make while running it?

i have the exact same r6 got it last week and i can honestly say the best feeling in the world was getting it home a putting a tail tidy on the bitch lol

That’s why I wish Harley still made good quality bikes, and not cheaply built 650 pound pigs. I’d love to bring a new one home.

the diff models are the R6S which is the calmer version of the 2 with a less aggressive sitting position and this the full R6 with all of it’s awesome sexiness and road pwnage.
