Suzuki makes the fastest bikes. Busa etc. I prefer my GSXR600 =) I haven’t lost to a yamaha or honda yet. so it speaks for itself. Never the less this bike is one beautiful machine. I have rspect for them all.
Yeah I’m to agree with you on that misterwipedown. (read my other comment)
i raced for a bit on a gsxr600.. and road a R6 on the street.. i still liked my R6 over the GSXR..
goddamn, good one
sehr geiles bike, aber der auspuff is leider bissel “verkrüppelt”
this 600 is the best in european championships
supersport 600
stocck 600
this says all
Question: I’m 5′9″ and about 190lbs and am looking to upgrade to a bigger bike next year. I’ve got a Yami XT250 right now as my first street legal bike and have had it for about a year so I’m pretty comfy on the road. My dad and I have been looking at the R6S as a possibility. Would it be easy/moderate/difficult to handle for my stature without having to ballerina tip toe the damn thing? Also, is it relatively easy to lower the ride height? Maybe consider shaving the seat down a bit?
I love R1 end R6
..’i guess we can call it our religion’..
Would of been nice at the end if they would of made note of the changes. Also was that Rossi test rode it?
SAME HERE..
i love it ! ! !!
get a bus pass
No thanks, that’s ok. I got the chance to ride an all stock ‘09 R6S and it seems fine. I had the courage to ask my dealer after I got tons of other comments from other videos saying how they were shorter than me (5′5″ at the shortest) and handled their R6S fine.
i apologize…
get some knee pucks
ok…so im 5′8”. maybe 5′9” with my boots on. so what is the difference between r6 and r6s? and did u fit the bike okay? where u on your tippy toes?
No harm done
Multiple various and semi-minute mechanical differences, but as far as size the R6 is a little bit more than an inch taller in the seat, and a bit taller, longer, and wider overall, but no more than like half an inch I think.
I fit the R6S alright. I could get both feet on the ground and I was on my toes a bit, but I was one-footing it when I was stopped anyway so the seat height didnt really play in as a problem and I didnt have to feel like a moron trying to jockey an elephant or something
i dont think so…probably just replica leathers the guy had on.
can a 6′2 - 6′3 person fit on a sports bikes like the yamaha r6 , r1 , honda cbr 600 or the gsxr ? is your height a negative factor in this case? which of these are best for a taller rider?
You will be fine, only thing you might notice is a little extra wrist soreness and/or leg cramping after long periods on the bike, but nothing to worry about.
they are all pretty equal but the R6 has the highest seat height of the 600’s. suzuki has the lowest i believe. if your a beginner DONT get a 1k bike lol. yea 6′3 is kinda of pushign it. sport bikes are made for medium height guys but you can always raise it up a couple inches.
ala bike hai
look for cardowireless’ video, you’ll be a little safer….
